All content on this website and all Products published by Skopeo SMSF Pty Ltd, including but not limited to: Document Toolkits (templates, manuals, registers, workbooks, checklists and guides); SaaS Applications (software, user interfaces, algorithms and documentation); website content, text, graphics, logos, icons, images and design; and all associated materials, documentation and output, are protected by copyright under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and international copyright treaties, and are the exclusive property of Skopeo SMSF Pty Ltd.

2. What You May Do

Permitted uses of our Products are set out in the Terms and Conditions. In summary:
 

Document Toolkits

You may customise, adapt and use purchased Document Toolkits within your own firm. You may present customised documents to regulators as your firm’s documentation. These rights apply to a single firm only.
 

SaaS Applications

You may access and use SaaS Applications during your active Subscription for the internal purposes of your firm. You may download and use output and reports within your firm.
 

Website Content

You may view, download and print pages from this website for your personal, non-commercial reference. You must not reproduce website content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

3. What You May Not Do

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, share, upload, sublicense or make available any Product, website content, or any customised version or derivative work, to any third party without the prior written consent of Skopeo SMSF Pty Ltd. You may not use any Product to create a competing product or commercial offering. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any SaaS Application. 4. Trade Marks and Branding

​The names “Skopeo SMSF” and “Practice Essentials” and any associated logos, icons and visual identities are the property of Skopeo SMSF Pty Ltd. Nothing on this website or in any Product grants any right to use these names, marks or branding in a manner that suggests endorsement, approval or certification of your firm’s systems, products or services.

5. Third-Party Content

Products may reference third-party standards, legislation, regulations and guidance (including ASQM 1, ASQM 2, APES 110, the SIS Act 1993, the Corporations Act 2001, ASA and ASAE standards). These standards are publicly available and are referenced, not reproduced, in our Products. Copyright in those materials belongs to their respective owners (including the AUASB, APESB, and the Commonwealth of Australia).

6. Reporting Copyright Infringement
 

If you become aware of any unauthorised use or infringement of Skopeo SMSF’s copyrighted materials, please notify us at info@skopeosmsf.com.au with details of the infringement, the location of the infringing material, and your contact information.

7. Enforcement
 

Skopeo SMSF Pty Ltd actively monitors and enforces its copyright. Infringement of our copyright may result in legal action, including claims for injunctive relief, damages and additional damages under section 115(4) of the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). We reserve all rights and remedies available under Australian and international copyright law.
